Graffiti removal kit available to borrow

Currently, Council's have no responsibility to remove graffiti from private homes; it remains the sole responsibility of the landowner. However, through money provided by Babergh's Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership and a project set up by Babergh District Council you can now get help!

FREE LOAN OF A GRAFFITI REMOVAL KIT!

As a gesture of good will these kits are being given to your local parish council. If you have graffiti on your home, but can not remove it with good old fashioned soap and water, there is now a solution! Contact Shotley Parish Council if you want to try out one of these kits and they will loan you it free of charge.

If you simply want more information on the kits, for example: what materials it can be used on, give Daniel Whymark at Babergh District Council a call - 01473 825882. For more information on this project please call Ann Scott, Community Safety Officer at Babergh District Council on 01255 826616 or email her on ann.scott@babergh.gov.uk
